To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. If cancel the day of reservation within 12 hours client responsible and will be charged full service fees of reservation booked. Pet sitter has right to cancel at anytime without notice and also refuse service without notice or reason . Petsitter will to give a fair notice to Client when applicable when cancelling reservation.
